Are you Insured?
Absolutely! Safety is the most important thing to us! We have a policy for Commercial General Liability insurance with a 1,000,000 coverage.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes. To secure your bounce house rental event date, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is then due 3 days before your bounce house reservation.
What is your Weather/Cancellation Policy?
We empathize with the stress that bad weather can bring to your party plans, and it's our priority to keep you reassured. You have until 6 am on the morning of your event to decide whether to proceed with your bounce house rental or to cancel due to inclement weather. If you decide to cancel, you have up to a calendar year to reschedule at no extra cost.
What Surfaces Can The Bounce House be Set Up On?
We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home.
We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt
Please Note: Access to an outlet within 100ft is required for all events as we do not yet offer generators.
How Far in Advance Should I Book My Event?
Depending on your event and your bounce house rental dreams, we recommend booking as early as possible. Typically 3 to 6 months in advance. This ensures that your desired bounce house will be available for your event day.
What is Included In My Bounce House Booking?
All of our rentals include:
-Commercial Liability Insurance
-Delivery, Set Up, and Tear Down
-Modern Rules Sign and Shoe Basket
-All bounce house rental equipment - including blower, stakes, sandbags, extension cords, tarps, etc.
Is There an Age Limit?
We believe that you are never too old to have fun! We have the perfect bounce house for everyone
-Our 8x8: 2-8 year olds
-Our 15x15 Combo Slide: 2-12 year olds
-Our 17x22: 2 years and up!
Can You Set Up At Parks?
Yes, we can! We have been approved for our Boise Parks and Recreation Park permit. Whether you're planning a family picnic, a community event, or any other celebration in one of Boise's beautiful parks, we've got you covered!
What Other Rental Items Do You Have? Do Y'all Do Balloons?
We specialize in elegant bounce houses and we do it exceptionally well! We leave the design details to our favorite vendor professionals, who can beautifully decorate our bounce houses and assist with designing and decorating your entire party if you wish. Once you book with us, we'll send you the booking receipt?. It features all our preferred vendors (balloon stylists, florists, caterers, photographers, designers, etc.) to make your event planning stress-free!
How Far Do You Guys Travel? Is There A Delivery Fee?
We serve Boise and surrounding areas, including Meridian, Star, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Emmett, and Robie Creek. The first 10 miles from downtown (from the capital building) are complimentary. After that a $24 upgrade to cover gas & wear and tear is required.
